Charter Email Manager
Email Management is a rules engine that allows Charter Continuum to filter emails.
It does not just act as a junk email filter, but will read and review emails and assign them to the department and/or user that it thinks needs to deal with it. The system can even generate suggested responses that can be forwarded to a user for sanity checking before the response is sent out.

- Delete or partially classify an e-mail, suggest where it should be classified and then present that option to a user for validation
- Route an e-mail to a specific inbox
- Creation of a new contact
- Link information contained within the e-mail to an existing customer record within the database
